How Does it Work?

We will begin visiting your home on the agreed date. A team member will regularly visit your home to thoroughly check its interior and exterior. After each visit, we will send you a detailed report via email that includes pictures of any issues we may have encountered.

Our Home Watch service includes a comprehensive examination of your property’s overall condition, inside and out. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly visits, or you can customize a schedule that works best for your home.

The cost of our Home Watch service will vary depending on the frequency of visits, the size of your home, the number of bathrooms, kitchens, wet bars, and any other unique features that may require attention. During our no-fee visit to your home, we will establish the costs so that you can clearly understand the services you will receive.
